This post may not make sense if you haven’t read the first one, so read this before going forward.
About two or three weeks ago, I talked to Ma Dukes. She said that she would be out of work until February so that she could make an attempt to get her health back in order. She still smokes and drinks, so I have yet to see any improvement. I hope she’ll take the necessary steps to rectify the situation before it’s too late.
As far as the internship in Germany goes, I got a call from someone from the company IN Germany about a week ago asking if I was still in fact interested in the position (of course.. I had only submitted the application two to three weeks prior). She said that although she couldn’t offer me the position yet; she recommended that I obtained my passport. Does that mean I have it?? *crosses fingers*
My niece, her GF and her GF’s kid still live with us. They claim that they’re looking for a place to move to, but I’m not exactly sure what they’ll find on such a small budget. *shrugs*
I’m enjoying my one week Winter Break from school and work. I start back up at my internship on 12/21 and will also be at the weekend gig until returning to school in Late January. I have to help out where I can.

He-who-ate-my-hot-pockets is fine. I put him on punishment since he refuses to be responsible by attempting to sit up playing playstation all night knowing he has school in the morning. His playstation is mines until he gets it right.

Wow… I don’t know if that means you got the internship but it’s damn sure a good sign.
As far as you mom goes, all you can do is support her, getting grown folks to change is hard work.
It is. I’m giving up on trying. All I can do is be there. I hope she makes the changes though.
